What you will do

• Lead a pod of developers to build agentic solutions using UiPath.
• Provide technical guidance, design, and oversight during initial implementation stages and critical milestones.
• Develop sustainable solutions with developers to drive customer adoption.
• Mentor technical engineers growing in RPA and agentic features.
• Build deep expertise in the UiPath Platform and its functionalities.
• Act as a UiPath evangelist by identifying client needs and showcasing best-fit solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of object-oriented programming experience (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred).
• 4+ years of experience developing in UiPath, including 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development.
• Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform.
• Experience configuring UiPath AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (preference for candidates already cleared).
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

• UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional).
