What you will do

• Build and implement scalable web projects in Webflow aligned with business objectives and performance standards.
• Transform Figma designs and prototypes into functional, high-performing web solutions.
• Implement complex integrations with external APIs, databases, and backend systems to maximize operational efficiency.
• Develop interactive features and advanced animations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to drive conversions.
• Optimize website accessibility, loading speed, and on-page SEO techniques.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage timelines and technical deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Webflow development.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building responsive, SEO-optimized websites.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Clarity, VWO, or Posthog.
• Advanced English level is required.
• Openness to a hybrid work model within the specified regional hubs.
