What you will do

• Lead customer-facing development programs from concept through validation to production launch.
• Manage prototype workflows, including resource allocation, procurement, and assembly oversight.
• Conduct formal design reviews and approve engineering drawings for production readiness.
• Translate customer specifications into comprehensive DVP&R documentation.
• Execute APQP processes and manage financial stage-gates for engineering development.
• Mentor and coach student interns and associate engineers.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in heat transfer or fluid systems.
• Proven track record launching automotive programs from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal forming, brazing, and machining.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Python or MATLAB.
• Excellent English communication skills for global customer presentations.
