Tax Manager

What you will do

• Lead and manage the CIT compliance process for the Dutch fiscal unity.
• Coordinate corporate tax matters across multiple jurisdictions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Ensure robust governance and control over VAT processes and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and the parent company, G-III Apparel Group.
• Coordinate transfer pricing calculations and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Provide guidance on WHT, WKR, and other indirect tax matters.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a multinational or Big 4 setting.
• Strong understanding of Dutch tax regulations, including CIT, VAT, and Transfer Pricing.
• Experience with Dutch Statutory Financial Statements.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Proven self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
• University degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, or Accounting.
