What you will do

• Execute the StudyHub product roadmap, aligning clinical priorities with technical capabilities.
• Partner with clinical operations, data science, and digital leadership to validate direction and maintain trust.
• Lead discovery and delivery cycles with cross-functional teams including engineers, UI/UX designers, and AI scientists.
• Translate complex clinical data workflows into prioritized product requirements.
• Establish product metrics, track adoption, and drive continuous improvement based on usage data.
• Support hiring and onboarding of additional product team members as the engagement scales.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building data products such as pipelines, dashboards, or analytics platforms.
• Domain expertise in pharma, clinical research, or health data.
• Track record of effective stakeholder management in enterprise or client-embedded environments.
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment with comfort in high ambiguity.
• Fluent English required.
• Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate.
