- Handling online requests from internal and external customers per SLAs
- Keying in transactions, sending communications and processing payments
- Running, analyzing and providing reports to clients

- Adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements while serving clients

- Experience in a busy client-facing team in a financial services environment

- Excellent communication and listening skills; build relationships at all levels
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proactive and not afraid to speak up if you see something off
- Experience using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet
