AI Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote, Lviv office, or Kharkiv office).

What you will do

• Organize and improve processes to ensure the legal, safe, and effective use of AI tools.
• Analyze requests regarding the adoption of new AI technologies.
• Coordinate and maintain a catalog of approved AI tools and their specific use cases.
• Manage team requests and facilitate communication through official company channels.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare regular reports.
• Support internal AI initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Coordinator role.
• Solid understanding of the AI tools market, capabilities, and leading solutions.
• Proficiency with tracking and planning tools such as Jira and Gantt charts.
• Strong documentation creation skills.
• English language skills: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Ability to formulate requests, propose solutions, and facilitate communication between teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working in development teams or the game industry.
• Technical background.
• Experience automating processes and tasks.
• Understanding of AI applications in software development and graphics.
