What you will do
- Administer and lead competitive bidding processes (RFPs), tenders, and risk evaluations.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to drive cost efficiency and minimize operational, legal, and financial risks.
- Strategically source services and goods to ensure an uninterrupted supply.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on budgetary expectations and ability to provide required services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Security, and Legal to ensure policy compliance.
- Analyze sourcing trends and track performance against department KPI goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional procurement experience, with mandatory expertise in SAAS engagements and professional services.
- Proven expertise in procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be authorized to work in France.
