Legal Counsel (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide legal support for operations in up to three countries.
• Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, marketing and advertising, media, and digital law matters.
• Review contracts and policies and assist with claims resolution.
• Monitor upcoming regulations and prepare legal analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.
• Support marketing and media campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or technology companies.
• Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media or advertising law.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English at C1–C2 level or equivalent.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.

• Familiarity with fintech and digital platform regulation.
