Location: Must be based in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire. This position is open to national candidates only.

What you will do

• Support programme development, planning, and implementation for adolescent health and development.
• Manage monitoring and delivery of results using results-based management (RBM) methodologies.
• Provide technical and operational support to internal and external partners.
• Build and maintain networks and partnerships to advance adolescent rights.
• Drive innovation, knowledge management, and capacity building within the country office.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in health, anthropology, psychology, sociology, or education.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social development planning and management.
• Fluency in French (required) and intermediate knowledge of English.
• National candidate status (must have legal right to work in Cote d'Ivoire).
• Strong communication, networking, and strategic planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in NGOs, UN systems, or youth engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish).
• Experience in fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
