What you will do

• Lead annual budget and periodic forecasting processes, including cash flow projections.
• Produce monthly financial reporting and analysis to provide decision-ready insights for management.
• Manage analytical cost accounting across various projects and programs.
• Collaborate with business teams on RFQ/ITT responses, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate month-end closes and reconciliations.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP improvements and financial control enhancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or accounting.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, analytical accounting, and management reporting.
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously in a rigorous, analytical, and collaborative manner.
