What you will do

• Participate in Agile processes, including grooming, planning, and technical discussions.
• Analyze edge cases, technical risks, and backward compatibility for new features.
• Collaborate with team members to refine requirements and ensure alignment.
• Conduct cross-code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Manage delivery timelines and proactively communicate blockers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter framework, and state management.
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture, BLoC, SoC, and OOP.
• Experience with asynchronous programming (Futures, Streams, isolates).
• Experience with SQLite and local storage solutions.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Native iOS/Android development experience (Swift/Kotlin).
• Flutter Web development experience.
• Experience in building and maintaining custom Flutter plugins.
