Relationship Representative (Tagalog Language)

Location: Office-based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Provide customer support by email and telephone.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Teach new and prospective clients how to use MetaTrader trading platforms remotely or face to face.
• Deliver product presentations and maintain client interest.
• Handle tasks assigned by headquarters while meeting deadlines and working under pressure.

Requirements

• Fluent Tagalog and proficient English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and customer-focused skills.
• Knowledge or professional experience in financial markets, brokerage, Forex, stock exchanges, hedge funds, or fintech.
• At least one year of experience working with trading software for corporate clients.
• Ability to take initiative, learn new skills, work in a team, and operate under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5.
• Knowledge of MetaTrader Administrator or Manager Terminals.
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, hedge funds, or other financial institutions.
