What you will do

• Provide customer support via email and telephone.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Teach MetaTrader platform functionality to new and prospective users.
• Execute various operational tasks assigned by the headquarters.

Requirements

• Fluent in Tagalog and proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT.
• 1+ year of experience with trading software for corporate clients.
• Knowledge of financial markets, including Forex, stock markets, or hedge funds.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Professional corporate demeanor and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with MetaTrader 4 or 5 trading platforms.
• Knowledge of MetaTrader Administrator or Manager Terminals.
• Previous experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial institutions.
