What you will do

• Lead Quality & Food Safety strategy and execution across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations, internal standards, and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality, food safety, and operational performance.
• Lead audits, quality improvement projects, investigations, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement and continuously improve Quality & Food Safety Management Systems.
• Use digital tools and data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality disciplines within food manufacturing or other regulated industries (e.g., Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs).
• Minimum 6 years of people leadership/management experience with a track record of delivering tangible business results.
• Strong knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Management Systems, including ISO standards, FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and PRPs.
• Strong understanding of food legislation and regulatory requirements, with experience applying risk-based approaches.
• Experience with auditing and project management, plus strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfort working with digital tools and quality systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP, LIMS, Veeva).
