What you will do

• Design social media banners and ad creatives tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and reels.
• Collaborate with the Social Media team to develop visual campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Adapt content across multiple formats to ensure optimal performance on different platforms.
• Stay current with social media trends and design tools to keep visual storytelling fresh.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design, ideally within the Forex or FinTech industry.
• Excellent command of English (C1).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, social media creatives, and video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Podgorica, Montenegro.
