What you will do

• Manage complex production cells, specifically molding areas.
• Execute a variety of repetitive and highly specialized non-repetitive production operations on complex assemblies.
• Adjust and calibrate high-precision machinery using advanced tools.
• Conduct detailed continuity checks and stringent quality inspections in line with exacting standards.
• Apply knowledge of complex assembly processes to resolve production issues.
• Drive process improvements independently to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of related experience in production or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to conduct tasks and make process improvements with substantial independence.
• Strong knowledge of complex assembly processes and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be based in Sfax, Tunisia
