Sportsbook Campaign Manager (iGaming): Creating and executing data-driven CRM campaigns to grow and retain the Sportsbook customer base with an accent on multi-channel execution and team leadership. Focus on optimizing NGR yield, designing A/B tests, and tailoring campaigns to local market needs.
Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia. Open to candidates based in the EU.
Salary: 3400€-3800€ gross per month

What you will do
- Lead and support a team of three coordinators, providing guidance and setting priorities for marketing initiatives.
- Own the planning, execution, and maintenance of centralized Sportsbook campaigns across onsite and CRM channels.
- Collaborate with Country Managers to align central and local campaigns with business goals and yearly plans.
- Analyze campaign KPIs and player behavior to optimize NGR yield and the Bonus-to-NGR ratio.
- Design and implement A/B tests to identify and scale the most effective engagement strategies.
- Manage the Sportsbook marketing budget and monitor competitor activities to identify innovation opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience, including at least 1 year in a marketing-focused role.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, bonus management tools, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
- English: C1/Fluent (essential).
- Must be based in the EU.
