What you will do
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary art team in Singapore, managing craft leads to build high-performing teams.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality art that aligns with the creative vision and enhances player experience.
- Develop and optimize art production pipelines for better efficiency, scalability, and sustainable delivery.
- Manage external development and vendor partnerships, identifying opportunities for externalization.
- Collaborate with production to translate vision into actionable goals and maintain reliable schedules.
- Partner with recruiting to hire top-tier talent and coach direct reports on career growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years in the games industry with 4+ years in art management or leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary art teams and managing game art production pipelines.
- Strong background in collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
- Experience in performance management, coaching, and developing team members.
- Fluent English (C1+) proficiency for communicating complex ideas.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping stylized AAA game content.
- Multilingual skills, specifically Mandarin or other regional languages.
- Experience with Unreal Engine.
- Passion for competitive PVP games.
- Background in outsourcing management.
