Director of AI (Web3)

What you will do

• Build, manage, and develop a high-caliber team of AI engineers and researchers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI Agent products from architecture to production operations.
• Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks to replace manual iteration with quantifiable quality signals.
• Design and implement Agent Harness infrastructure to ensure stability and reliability in real-world scenarios.
• Orchestrate LLM reasoning steps alongside deterministic guardrails for optimal flexibility and control.
• Integrate AI Agent capabilities into core products and engineering workflows to improve developer productivity.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence (PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Recommendation systems.
• Proven track record of delivering autonomous AI Agent products from inception to production.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or automated developer productivity tooling.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience at an AI-native startup or frontier AI lab.
• AI publications, patents, or industry-recognized technical contributions.
• Familiarity with AI applications in crypto, fintech, or high-frequency data environments.
