What you will do
- Audit and map current SaaS license spend to identify redundancies and dormant licenses.
- Rationalize the software portfolio by consolidating overlapping tools and right-sizing seat counts.
- Establish and maintain a renewals calendar to prevent unplanned auto-renewals.
- Lead commercial negotiations for new contracts and renewals to reduce costs and improve terms.
- Manage end-to-end procurement of office hardware, including laptops, AV equipment, and peripherals.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and department heads to align buying with business needs and budgets.
Requirements
- Solid experience in procurement and vendor management, with a strong focus on SaaS.
- Proven track record of identifying and delivering measurable cost savings.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to analyze contracts.
- Ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-moving, less-structured environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience with software asset management (SAM) tools or spend-management platforms.
- Previous experience working within a scaling tech or SaaS company.
