Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam (Hybrid: 2 remote days per week)

What you will do

• Produce high-impact, polished motion assets and animations for digital and social marketing campaigns.
• Own the end-to-end iteration process, optimizing ads based on creative feedback and performance data.
• Integrate AI generation and AI-assisted tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora, etc.) into the daily workflow to enhance asset quality.
• Research industry benchmarks and implement emerging animation and motion design trends.
• Collaborate with creative directors and UA managers to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Motion Design/Animation, specifically for marketing assets, UA video ads, or social media.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into the creative workflow.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, ease, weight) applied to converting creatives.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Ha Noi, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience in the mobile or social gaming industry.
• Skills in Spine 2D, Unity (2D), or 3D software like Blender or Cinema4D.
• Knowledge of storyboarding and cinematic pacing.
