What you will do

• Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits for FMCG products.
• Recruit and maintain panel stores while building strong relationships with retailers.
• Ensure data quality by revisiting stores and troubleshooting reporting issues.
• Validate data movements and resolve discrepancies in category definitions or coding.
• Support team learning by sharing best practices and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) or a diploma from a local university.
• Experience in FMCG retail sales or marketing.
• Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools like Google and MS Office.
• Must be willing to travel within KL & Selangor for fieldwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with shopkeepers.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high integrity under pressure.
