What you will do

• Act as the primary on-camera face for brand video content, bringing energy and personality to every piece.
• Develop high-quality, engaging videos designed to resonate with a global audience.
• Brainstorm and implement creative concepts, hooks, and formats that stand out.
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to amplify reach.
• Experiment with new storytelling approaches and video styles.
• Build a consistent and recognizable video presence for the Higgsfield brand.

Requirements

• Native-level English fluency.
• Strong on-camera charisma and confident screen presence.
• High energy, extreme ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple production tasks simultaneously.
• Genuine curiosity and drive to master prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
