What you will do

• Lead teams of experts, including field engineers, technicians, and system administrators, to deploy and maintain IT services.
• Manage the full lifecycle of incidents, problems, and changes, including conducting root cause analysis.
• Partner with Delivery Partners and SREs to design, deploy, and maintain reliable, future-proof systems.
• Collaborate directly with customers to align technical solutions with their evolving business needs.
• Oversee technical and managerial support for product support personnel and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and providing quality services to customers.
• Proven expertise in incident, problem, and change management.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and an automation-oriented mindset.
• Strong experience in direct and constant customer interaction.
• Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL.
