What you will do

• Serve as a technical resource for Market Access and revenue management systems, specifically the Model N platform.
• Execute hands-on software configuration changes, enhancement requests, defect fixes, and data updates.
• Translate documented requirements and user stories into technical configurations and test scenarios.
• Support the full SDLC, including design, testing, deployment, release management, and post-release support.
• Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement approved fixes within change control processes.
• Apply AI and agentic AI concepts to optimize requirements analysis, testing, documentation, and issue triage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in software development, enterprise systems, technical configuration, or systems analysis.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management standards.
• Working knowledge of AI and agentic AI concepts and their application to software productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating system behavior and documenting findings.
• Must be located in or able to work from Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model N, sell-side contracting, or government spend transparency reporting.
• Exposure to gross-to-net, revenue management, rebates, or chargeback processing.
• Interest in life sciences commercial operations and regulated systems.
