Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 CAD

• Develop and deliver holistic, people-focused strategies across the entire audience journey.
• Write and deliver inspiring written and visual creative briefs.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to influence clients and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities for brand growth and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate across brand, CX, data, influencer, and digital marketing disciplines.
• Support new business initiatives with strategic insights and energy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, insights, or planning.
• Proven experience in digital and social media strategy.
• Interest and experience in innovating with generative AI.
• Strong cultural understanding of brand building.
• Ideally, experience working with luxury or automotive brands.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (4 days/week in office).
