Medior Program Manager - Telecom

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid setup with on-site presence required 2 to 3 days per week

What you will do

• Deliver complex end-to-end programs involving product launches, IT development, technical and network evolution, commercial contracts, and organisational change.
• Coordinate work packages and integrate deliverables from up to 20 internal experts, third parties, and partners.
• Plan milestones, monitor progress, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and escalate recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets of up to €10M, monitor expenditure, and conduct post-mortem analyses.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and ADKAR methodologies while maintaining quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Lead program team members, manage customer expectations, and oversee third-party contributions and partner steering committees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant Program Manager experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the telecom or a related industry.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, remain resilient under stress, and drive results.
