What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex programs (investments up to €10M) across product launches, IT, and network evolution.
• Coordinate and integrate deliverables from up to 20 experts and third-party partners.
• Plan milestones, monitor progress, and manage dependencies between programs.
• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and conduct post-mortem analyses.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and ADKAR methodologies to ensure quality and integrity.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and training.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecom or related industry.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
