Salary: $56.70 - $65 per hour

What you will do

• Prototype and implement gameplay scenarios, narrative sequences, and interactive objects.
• Develop AI behaviors and other core game mechanics and systems.
• Coordinate with animation, programming, and art departments to produce necessary assets and code support.
• Collaborate closely with lead designers and directors to quickly iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience in Technical Design for games.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong programming ability, preferably with a Computer Science undergraduate degree.
• Proficiency in 3D math and understanding of narrative principles.
• Fluency in C++, C#, Lua, or other text-based scripting languages.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing third-person action games.
• Experience improving tools and workflows.
• Expertise in Behavior Trees, Melee, Combat Systems, and Enemy/Boss design.
