What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, short-term counselling (1-8 sessions) for stress, burnout, and mild-to-moderate mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to an EAP context.
• Manage scheduling, case notes, and data privacy compliance through a secure digital platform.
• Maintain full autonomy over practice, including case volume and scheduling.
• Collaborate with a global network to provide effective, accessible mental health support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Social Work required.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience required.
• Must be registered with the local governing body in Fiji as a psychologist, counsellor, or clinical social worker.
• Proven experience in short-term therapy or EAP environments.
• Must have a secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience with psychoanalytic backgrounds adapted for brief, structured interventions.
