What you will do

• Perform all postings and submit month-end closing reporting packages in Netsuite (Oracle) for the CIS region.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory and tax reports for the CIS region.
• Maintain accurate records in 1C system and perform reconciliations with Netsuite for Kazakhstan.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and local legislations.
• Liaise with consultants, regulators, banks, and auditors.
• Contribute to planning and budgeting cycles and perform financial decision support analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Russian and English languages are required.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the crypto or financial sector.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and Tax code.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and solid experience with 1C systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working at Big4 or other reputable accounting firms.
• Professional accounting certifications such as DipIFR, ACCA, or CPA.
• Willingness to learn Oracle/Netsuite.
