Salary: USD 2,200 (total for 6 weeks)

What you will do

• Conduct training needs assessments for government actors (MOSA) and local NGOs to identify knowledge gaps in Child Protection (CP) and Violence-Against Women (VAW).
• Develop context-specific training materials based on international best practices and identified needs.
• Deliver training sessions on CP principles, VAW prevention, response, and system strengthening.
• Monitor outcomes using baseline surveys, pre- and post-tests, and follow-up interviews.
• Coordinate logistical aspects of training, including venue selection and catering.
• Collaborate with the Social Media officer to ensure donor and organization visibility across all materials.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Child Protection (CP) and Violence-Against Women (VAW).
• Experience in developing training frameworks and conducting needs assessments.
• Ability to deliver high-quality training to government stakeholders and NGO staff.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Benghazi, Libya.
