Infrastructure Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Maintain 24/7 operational reliability and performance for high-performance AI workloads.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure effective site operations.
• Manage data center power, cooling, and environmental systems to mitigate operational risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding site SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and maintenance of HPC and GPU hardware.
• Implement monitoring tools to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing data centers, specifically in HPC and GPU environments.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in HPC, GPU deployment, and network architecture.
• Deep understanding of data center power, cooling, and environmental systems.
• Excellent client-facing communication and reporting skills.
• Must be based on-site at the data center with availability for on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Certifications in data center management such as CDCP or CDCS.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud and HPC environments.
