What you will do

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for hirify.global.Food across key global markets.
• Define and implement promotional and pricing strategies, including offers and promo codes.
• Manage the full marketing lifecycle and optimize customer acquisition funnels to maximize ROI.
• Lead product changes, including UX enhancements and in-app promotions.
• Increase LTV of loyal users by boosting purchase frequency and expanding usage.
• Manage marketing budgets and lead cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Practical experience and strong knowledge of FoodTech marketing and industry dynamics.
• Proven experience in designing and executing promotional campaigns and assessing incremental impact.
• Experience leading integrated 360° campaigns across brand, digital, CRM, social media, and product marketing.
• Track record of executing marketing campaigns across different global regions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent English is required.
