Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Implement and monitor driver marketing campaigns across MENA to ensure alignment with regional strategy.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including new driver acquisition (CAC), active driver rates, and retention.
- Manage omni-channel communications including CRM, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
- Coordinate logistics for local offline activations and driver events to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis to refine the value proposition.
- Source and manage local vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in ride-hailing, gig-economy, or startups.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required for HQ collaboration.
- Arabic and/or French language skills are required depending on the specific market focus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Deep understanding of MENA cultural nuances and driver behavior.
- Experience with AI tools to accelerate content creation and research.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the ride-hailing or gig-economy sector.
- Proven track record in brand-building and CRM management.
