What you will do

  • Execute and monitor localized driver marketing campaigns across MENA markets.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as new driver acquisition (CAC), active driver rates, and retention.
  • Manage omni-channel communications including CRM (Push/SMS), social media, and local driver communities.
  • Coordinate logistics for local offline activations and driver events to ensure brand consistency.
  • Act as a bridge between local teams and HQ, adapting global guidelines into MENA-ready content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the value proposition relevant.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in ride-hailing, startups, or the gig economy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand-building, and CRM/Analytics tools.
  • Deep knowledge of MENA cultural nuances and driver behavior.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and experience using AI tools to speed up execution.
  • English proficiency at least at B2 level.
  • Arabic and/or French language proficiency is required.
