What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend applications using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Build high-performance RESTful APIs and optimize relational and NoSQL database models.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini) into the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in architectural decision-making.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security while integrating third-party services.
• Perform code reviews and mentor other developers to ensure high code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks like NestJS or Express.js.
• Experience in database design and working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity.
• English: Fluent in spoken and written English required

Nice to have

• Experience designing autonomous coding workflows using AI agents.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Microservices, and Event-driven architecture.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Proficiency with Python and FastAPI.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs.
