What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and GCP with Terraform.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling to accelerate product delivery and reduce friction.
• Improve developer experience by creating self-service platforms and golden paths.
• Participate in incident response and define SLI/SLO/SLAs to ensure system reliability.
• Integrate shift-left security practices and automated compliance policies into the engineering lifecycle.
• Support infrastructure for AI/ML capabilities including LLM observability tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes).
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as Go, TypeScript, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and monitoring stacks like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid team structure.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of policy-as-code and supply chain security.
• Experience with FinOps and cost optimization practices.
• Familiarity with internal developer portals like Backstage or Get Port.
• Exposure to LLM observability tools such as Langfuse.
