What you will do

• Review and prepare physical files for scanning by removing staples and clips.
• Scan office records and supporting documentation according to established procedures.
• Save and organize electronic files using approved naming conventions and folder structures.
• Verify the quality, completeness, and legibility of all scanned documents.
• Maintain a tracking system for archived documents and flag any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tripoli, Libya
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to operate scanning equipment and manage electronic file systems.
