What you will do
- Support business control activities to ensure end-to-end processes are properly designed, documented, and implemented.
- Perform gap analyses and Key Control Testing to evaluate design and operating effectiveness.
- Contribute to risk assessments across business lines by identifying risks and evaluating mitigating controls.
- Monitor outsourcing and intragroup arrangements (TIPM) in accordance with regulatory requirements and DORA.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Operational Resilience framework and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Track regulatory and technical developments impacting the fund and asset management industry.
Requirements
- Experience in business control, internal control, and process assurance.
- Ability to conduct gap analyses and control testing.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to align processes with ING standards.
- Familiarity with sourcing monitoring and the DORA framework.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Luxembourg.
