What you will do

• Support the Project Manager with administrative duties ensuring compliance in Project Delivery, Commercial Applications, and Health & Safety.
• Create and collate work and completion packs for project tasks.
• Raise outage requests via the UKPN System and arrange necessary Traffic Management.
• Liaise directly with clients and local authorities to coordinate project requirements.
• Manage timesheets and record minutes for Contracts, Planning, and Project meetings.
• Cross-reference cost and sales summaries with monthly commercial applications for the Commercial Team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bathgate.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Detailed knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in the utilities industry or a similar field is ideally required.
• High level of analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
