Compliance Intern

TL;DR

Compliance Intern (Fintech): Supporting the 2nd Line of Defense Compliance team in regulatory monitoring, AML/CTF activities, and policy drafting with an accent on regulatory reporting and documentation review. Focus on ensuring adherence to CSSF standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international payments environment.

Location: Must be based in Bertrange, Luxembourg (On-site)

What you will do

• Support the drafting and review of compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to the CSSF and other bodies.
• Conduct AML/CTF activities, including customer due diligence and transaction monitoring.
• Investigate transactional patterns and report irregularities to the MLRO.
• Maintain up-to-date KYC, AML/CTF, and Sanctions documentation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Sales teams on compliance-related projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law or Administration with a strong analytical foundation.
• Fluency in English and French is required for international communication.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for cross-functional work.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
• Must be available to work on-site in Bertrange, Luxembourg.
