What you will do

• Lead pre-sales engagements from early discovery through architecture design and proof-of-value.
• Design and present hirify.global-based prototypes that demonstrate technical feasibility and business value.
• Provide architectural recommendations aligned with customer IT landscapes and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to communicate the technical and business impact of graph solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic enterprise customers across various verticals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Strong understanding of database platforms, with a focus on NoSQL.
• Proficiency in a programming or scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Fluency in Swedish, Dutch, and English is required.
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux region.
• Proven experience guiding technical teams through complex consultative engagements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with graph technologies such as Cypher, GDS, or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLM architectures, RAG, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, or semantic retrieval.
• Background in graph data science, network analysis, or ML pipelines.
• Fluency in French.
