What you will do

• Design, develop, and manage scalable, resilient, and secure Technology Automation Platforms across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Develop and optimize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions and CI/CD pipelines to automate provisioning and software deployment.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness for enterprise-scale environments.
• Perform root cause analysis, incident management, and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure and platform issues.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide technical guidance, roadmaps, and mentoring to junior engineers to drive platform modernization.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Linux/Windows System Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or HashiCorp Vault.
• Strong scripting skills in Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and Terraform solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) or other highly regulated sectors.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and observability frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled cloud-native platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
