What you will do

• Take technical ownership of the CDC Detection Engineering process and its continuous development.
• Improve detection and response workflows and toolchains within a global team.
• Implement and optimize alerting and detection rules.
• Provide operational support, including real-time monitoring, triage, and analyst coaching.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure teams such as Malware Defense and Vulnerability Management.
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, standards, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in global companies.
• Proven experience in developing SOC/CDC structures, including SIEM and SOAR.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are highly desirable.
