What you will do
- Act as an AFC advisor for strategic B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and fintechs.
- Represent the company in regulatory discussions and support enterprise due diligence processes.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including API, licensing, and outsourcing contracts.
- Assess legal and regulatory implications to enable the launch of new compliant and scalable products.
- Monitor developments in digital asset regulation and translate requirements into practical governance frameworks.
Requirements
- University degree in Law or equivalent professional experience in drafting commercial and partnership agreements.
- Proven experience in regulated financial services, fintech, banking, or digital assets.
- Knowledge of European financial regulations such as MiCAR, MiFID, PSD2/PSD3, and AML/CFT.
- Professional proficiency in both English and German is required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Vienna, Austria.
