Finance Manager (Media)

Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan (Onsite)

What you will do

• Own the Taiwan P&L, budget, and reforecasts to provide actionable insights on business performance.
• Partner with the Taiwan Managing Director and leadership team to shape commercial strategy and pricing.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support the scaling business.
• Build out the local commercial finance function, including reporting, processes, and internal controls.
• Lead the system migration from Xero to Oracle while maintaining reporting accuracy.
• Act as the primary local point of contact for tax and audit compliance.

Requirements

• Mandarin and English at business level are required.
• Solid experience in a finance role combining accounting and commercial finance.
• Proven track record of setting up or strengthening finance functions, processes, and controls.
• Experience managing a cost base and working directly with senior leadership.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Sound grasp of local statutory compliance and experience with tax and audit.
