What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact machine learning solutions.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches and scalable data products.
• Build, evaluate, and optimize advanced machine learning models for batch and real-time environments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and stakeholders to deploy production-ready solutions.
• Review and validate data preparation, feature engineering, and model selection processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data science for automation, forecasting, and risk management.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and Polars.
• Deep knowledge of modern ML techniques, including Transformers and Graph Neural Networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and statistical analysis.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Unix/Linux environments.
• Basic understanding of AWS services and cloud-based ML environments.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
