What you will do

• Provide fast and helpful support to users via chat and email.
• Conduct live demos to onboard new users and convert them into recurring customers.
• Execute churn-save outreach to retain at-risk users and reduce cancellations.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to maximize platform value.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams by prioritizing and sharing customer feedback.
• Contribute to internal documentation and help center resources.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be available for night shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Taipei time).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Charismatic and caring approach to customer interactions.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of owning performance targets.
• Genuine passion for AI, startups, and technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer success, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience running demos, onboarding, or sales conversations.
