Location: Taipei, Taiwan (Onsite). Must be available for night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Taipei time.

What you will do
- Provide fast and helpful support to users via chat and email.
- Conduct live demos to onboard new users and convert them into recurring customers.
- Execute churn-save outreach to retain at-risk users and reduce cancellations.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to maximize platform value.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams by prioritizing and sharing customer feedback.
- Contribute to internal documentation and help center resources.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must be available for night shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Taipei time).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Charismatic and caring approach to customer interactions.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of owning performance targets.
- Genuine passion for AI, startups, and technology.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer success, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience running demos, onboarding, or sales conversations.
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Demio.
- Proven track record in customer retention or revenue growth.
