Public Sector Partnerships - Europe Lead (AI)

Location: Must be based in Europe. Optional office presence in London or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Lead engagement with European government bodies regarding AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, and data protection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
• Monitor, analyze, and provide strategic counsel on emerging AI regulations and their business implications.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public policy goals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Safety, and Security teams to support the development of internal policies.
• Drive government adoption of AI products and services in coordination with the GTM team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in public or private sector policy roles with a focus on AI and technology.
• Deep knowledge of the European AI policy landscape, including governance, safety, and digital rights.
• Demonstrated success in influencing policy outcomes and coalition building across Europe.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle ambiguity independently.
