What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Intake, assess, triage, and resolve basic to moderately complex product, research, and account issues.
• Escalate technical or complex cases to Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams while maintaining ownership through resolution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to communicate client needs and support product adoption.
• Educate clients and internal users on product features, workflows, and best practices.
• Document interactions, monitor escalations, and identify recurring challenges for product and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal or financial fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, guide clients step by step, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate across support, product, engineering, and business teams.
• Availability to work assigned business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in analyst, research, or client-facing support roles in legal, tax, regulatory, financial, or information services.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Law, Bloomberg Tax, Bloomberg Government, Bloomberg Environment, or Bloomberg Terminal.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new products and workflows quickly.
• JD, MLS/MILS, paralegal background, or equivalent research-focused education or experience.
